Junior Support Engineer
Technical Support
Provide first-line support to clients, log and triage tickets, and help keep networks running smoothly under the guidance of our senior engineers.
- Diploma or degree in telecommunications, IT, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing)
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
Senior Technical Support Engineer
Technical Support
Lead complex troubleshooting and escalations across client networks, mentor junior engineers, and act as the technical point of contact for priority accounts.
- 5+ years in telecom or network technical support
- Proven experience troubleshooting multi-vendor network environments
- Vendor certification (Nokia, Cisco, Huawei, or equivalent) an advantage
- Ability to lead incident calls and communicate with client stakeholders
Network Design Engineer
Project Management
Design and document network architectures for client deployments, from radio access through core, aligned with project requirements and industry best practice.
- Degree in telecommunications engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in network design or planning
- Solid understanding of RAN, transport, and core network principles
- Proficiency with network design and documentation tools
